Terms & Polices
Payment Terms
A non-refundable retainer fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract amount shall be due and payable at the time of booking in order to secure the event date. Fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance shall be due no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. The final balance shall be due and payable no later than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to remit payments as outlined herein may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any payments previously made. Events booked within 14 days are subject to a rush fee.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling
Client may request to reschedule the event date by providing written notice. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the new date and must be mutually agreed upon.
If the request to reschedule is received at least thirty (30) days prior to the original event date, all payments made will be applied to the new date.
Rescheduling requests made less than thirty (30) days prior to the event date may be subject to additional fees, including but not limited to costs already incurred for materials, rentals, or custom décor items.
Cancellation by Client
All deposits are non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled event, the Client shall be responsible for twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract amount.
If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of the scheduled event, the Client shall be responsible for fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount.
If cancellation occurs within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event, the Client shall be responsible for one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount.
Cancellation by Company
In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to circumstances within control, all payments made by Client shall be refunded in full, and we shall have no further liability.
